My Story

Where to begin… I grew up in Chicago and picked up my first camera around 13. I made short films, using my two younger brothers as actors (what I would give to find those VCR tapes!). I attended college at the University of Illinois, not for photography, but for Actuarial Science and Mathematics (nerd alert!).

After working in corporate America for a few years, I decided I wanted to turn my passion into my career. And I haven’t looked back! I have two amazing daughters, Olivia & Gianna who are everything to me. And yes, I have more pictures of them then I know what do do with. The very first photo being within 10 seconds of them being born!

I truly love photographing weddings. Capturing big life moments within a photograph and telling the story of a wedding fills me with joy. It’s my passion. It’s my obsession. Seriously, I may or may not have a problem.

My goal every time I pick up my camera is to document real moments in a unique and artistic way. I want my couples to have fun and truly enjoy the photographic experience on their wedding day.

I specialize in wedding & portrait photography. However, in my free time, I enjoy shooting landscapes, having fun photo shoots with my daughters and traveling. I enjoy cooking and even led my own BBQ competition team to a few KCBS awards! If you would like to know more, feel free to contact me.
